Koinos is a blockchain under development, with a few distinct goals:

The Koinos Group just released a new whitepaper: Koinos: A free-to-use dApp platform with a provably egalitarian, fast, and fee-less digital currency
It combines the previous stand-alone topical whitepapers and expands on them.
