All those look like holiday properties to me, not a home like the one you have right now. Sure, it probably could be fashioned into one, but a million dollar for a porn mansion without seeing it first?
I'd really opt for the caravan in a friend's place option. Usually being on location yields better results. Also you could probably talk with an owner directly and skip the property agents.
