They should be common sense, but you would be shocked how many people that are new users don't understand. Most of them anyway. There are some that seem like a gray area and I can see how correction might be needed.

Yes, that's what I already thought. I try to tell everyone that they should do it, but you can't force them. Pretty sure some of them are also asking why their earnings are low and what they do wrong.
Yes, lots of people fall into that last category. I actually wrote a couple of posts covering that a week or so ago.
