This is so on point. I was part of the Splinterlands kick starter and I have been playing it since the beginning, and it hurts to be critical of something that I have been invested in for so long. You are so totally right about a lot of this stuff. I am sad to say I threw about 100 Hive into that Farm Farmer "game" thinking it might be a good investment. Only for them to come out with a matching game a week later and that they admittedly don't plan on maintaining the original. The new system is pretty flawed and it is virtually impossible to climb the ranks. Especially when you have people who could be in Champion hanging out down in Gold hogging the leaderboard to get the pack rewards.

Yeah, my main concern is that they don't seem to recognize the current issues with the game as the card & DEC values are up with the Land pre-sale selling out in seconds which it seems all about. The good thing is that it's all should be easy to fix if they focused on the actual fun of the game.
