Let me start with the fact that I have been on this blockchain now for 2299 days. And I am extreamly proud to say my posting streak continues. I have now done at last one post a day for 2299 days.

FRIDAY
Another night of broken sleep thanks to my cluster headaches.
They are an interesting thing. Wednesday night to Thursday morning I got lucky and I never had one at all. That is good but I halve learned what that means for the next night.
I went to bed/sleep at about 10pm last night, and true to the clusters I was up at 12am till 1am waiting for it to go away. The good news is that it was mild compaired to when they hit their peak. Off to bed I went at 1am. Only to be awakened again at 2am with another one. This one on the pain scale was higher but it lasted less time. But to stay on the safe side I stayed up till 3am.
When the headaches are at their worst I cannot sit, cannot lie down, it makes them worse. So far I am at the begging of the cycle and I have been able to sit through them but I know if I try to lie down as one is easing off it will not bring it back but it intensifies the pain that is there.
Then my alarm went off at 5:10am. I looked at the clock and thought about staying in bed. But then I thought, it is Friday, I can power through this, I need to get my Hive stuff down before work. And I got another busy day booked at work.
So here I am telling you all my problems.

No new members to the Curation Trail over in the last 24 hours.
The new goal of 500 members by the end of 2025.
What is the point of a curation trail and why should I join?
Any post that I up vote, everyone that is upto 396 possible upvotes.
When you join the trail you can set your trail vote to what ever you want. Even if you set the up vote to 0.01. Imagine if we had 1,000 people in the trail that would be 10.00 to the post. Fantastic stuff. A little difference can end up making a giant difference to a Hiver.
That being said, we do have 396 members, I know not all are active, some have passed, but the majority of use are still here.
Imagine if we could get 100 people doing just 1 blog post about the curation trail. Do you think the membership would go up quickly?

DRIP DAY
Saturdays are Drip Day. That means it is/was drip day. Now if you are not a regular reader of mine you are wondering what is drip day.
I run a income token and tipping bot all in one. The token is BBH. Every Saturday I payout the people holding BBH tokens. Passive income if you like. I like to call it a 'drip' of a token(s) to the people that own BBH tokens. And unlike some all you have to do is own it. No staking, no nothing.
If you own 10 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive.
If you own 5,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive and the PIMP token, and CTP Tokens.
If you own 10,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive, PIMP, CTP, and LEO tokens.
If you stake 20,000 or more BBHO tokens you get a drip of swap.btc, and DUO tokens
If you stake 5,000 or more BBHO tokens you got a drip of DUO tokens.
If you stake 2,000 or more BBHO tokens you get a drip of DUO tokens.
All just for owning BBH. There are two ways you can get BBH. First you can buy them from the open market. I use TribalDex myself.
Or they can be tipped to you. The great part about BBH tipping is that when you tip a token to someone else you do not loose any of your own. There is a central pool that supplies them.
And a third way to get BBH would be people gift them to you. There was an update to the tipping bot. If you now tip 1 BBH you get 1 BBH also. How facking awesome is that.
And now a forth way to get BBH with the BBH Miner.
BBH RELEASE PRICE
I now set the release price of BBH to the markets daily. It is an open market so sometimes you can pick up deals when others are selling cheaper than my set price. The goal is to have 1 BBH = 1 Satoshi. I do a bit of math and get the price. If Bitcoin is stronger than Hive then the price of one BBH goes up and if Hive is strong than Bitcoin then the price goes down.

BBH AND BBHO TOKEN DIFFERENCE
It seems some people are still confused. So I am putting this section into my daily post.
BBH token was my first token. It is a tipping bot and a passive income token. You only need to hold it, hold 10 or more to get a drip on dripday(below).
BBHO token is the native token of The BBH Project Tribe. The same as LEO is the native token of InLeo.
It is that simple. I did add drips to stakers of BBHO also as I work on building out use cases for the token.

In a 24 hour period, reset at new day UTC. There are currently five levels of tipping.
Level 1 = 1000 BBH holdings = 1 tip per day you can send
Level 2 = 5000 BBH holdings = 5 tips per day you can send
Level 3 = 10000 BBH holdings = 10 tips per day you can send
Level 4 = 20000 BBH holdings = 20 tips per day you can send
Level 5 = 50000 BBH holdings = 50 tips per day you can send
Level 6 = 100,000 BBH holdings = 100 tips per day you can send

Oh damn! I saw once on TV a guy with cluster headache. It was really bad and he was struggling really bad. He got the tip from a friend to smoke some weed. He hated it but tried it and it helped him a lot. He now smokes one time in a month and goes directly into bed to sleep over the feeling he doesn't like. When he wakes up the headache is gone.

I don't know why I didn't mention this before, but better late than never. Ginger and cayenne can both help with headaches of many sorts, as they gently open the blood vessels, and relax muscles, which gets everything flowing again. I'm ready for Drip Day! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
