The Initial Coin Offering (ICO) model opened up startup financing to everyone in the world.

Regardless of social class, financial standing, race, ethnicity, geographic location, etc, anyone could have invested any amount of money into an ICO.

So long as people are made aware of the risks, should they not be allowed to invest their money freely?

Or will we only allow accredited investors to fund these projects, and reinforce the rich getting richer?
