LeoFinance and InLeo

First of all, you can get a lot of great "under the radar" knowledge and tips right here on LeoFinance and InLeo on the Hive blockchain.

Aside from useful info, the benefit of this ecosystem is that you will be rewarded in $HIVE & $LEO tokens for your participation, and can build up a verifiable reputation over time.

The below information sources will not reward you directly for your participation like HIVE does, but offer a ton of valuable information nonetheless.

Twitter/X

Most cryptocurrencies will have a Twitter account run by the community, and they should post news, alerts, notifications, and statistics regularly. Add the cryptos that you are interested in to a list, and read it regularly to stay up to date.

Discord and Telegram

For more specific information, you can delve into the project's Discord servers to dig up details that aren't available on Twitter.

Projects usually have a Telegram channel, but it's normally filled with disorganized noise, which is hard to filter through. Use it more for instant interaction with community members or to discuss active events.

YouTube

For those who are more audio/visual learners, search for the project's channel on YouTube. There you can watch explainer videos, interviews with key team members, and developer conference calls.

These days a lot of these videos are being published directly to Twitter/X, so you can worry less about potential YouTube censorship!

The Project's Website and Whitepaper

You can quickly scan the project's website to ascertain what problem they're attempting to solve, and their roadmap for accomplishing the mission. You should also find a list of team members, their funding sources, tokenomics, etc.

From the website you should also be able to locate their whitepaper, which is typically a concise document explaining the project.

Coingecko and Coinmarketcap

Both sites maintain a very long list of cryptocurrencies, current prices, and historical data. Usually they will have links to all the aforementioned sources. For example, here we can see Coingecko's links to Ethereum's website, Twitter, and Discord.
