Buy Leo and power up. Almost everyone on this thread that has LP bought LEO in the past to have LP. Waiting to earn LEO from activities to build your LP will be very hard because LEO is very scarce right now, but you can still earn a little.
Thread regularly - yes, but honestly most of us like to hear ourselves talk. Or maybe it's just me.
Take a lot of time replying in a converstaional manner to others threads. Lots of them.
People are much more likely to upvote a good reply to what they said than to upvote your post. This is just human nature. 😜
