In the old world, people used to live in family houses. Like a mansion with many rooms, and several generations.
And, probably we will see something like this. Several large houses on a homestead.
If we were to make individual houses for each person, if we made it a right of passage for the youth to help build their own house, then there might be all kinds of advantages to that system.
A lot of this IS THE future. As in, it is going to happen, the energy is already flowing that way.
All govern-cements that try to stand on the old way will crumble to dust.
Defensive tech and free energy are going to get lots better.
So, you can go, with your "family" out into the woods and set up a homestead, with gun pylons all around and defensive barriers, making you almost impossible to be removed by today's army.
Basically, as more people pull their support of govern-cement, it just dies.
