Imagine having flying cars, some sort of automated monorail traincar distribution system. Free energy…
Then, a lot more country will be a lot more valuable
meaning, people can go anywhere and start a community.
I don't see anyone selling their property, the community is on. Soooo, it will be priceless? Without a price?
So, just wave my batteries in the air and they're recharged? The words 'free energy' are an oxymoron, like military intelligence. Whatever the source of energy you want to collect is, you need to create the means to collect it, which isn't free. Monorail systems are utterly centralized, and will be completely controlled by overlords with the hoards of capital to construct them across multiple jurisdictions. Flying cars are limited to very light loads, by their nature as flying transport. For transport of goods with mass, like boxes of food, ground transport will remain the critical mechanism because of this.
Flying cars already exist, and work fine for short range transport of one or two people. You can build an upscaled electric motor powered drone in your garage today. They can carry the same load a motorcycle can, which won't solve distribution problems. We need fuel for trucks to carry goods, and gasoline and diesel are being priced out of availability. Diesel is already ~$7/gallon here. Unless we make our own diesel, diesel engines are going to become useless. Same with gasoline engines. I paid $.20/gallon more for gas yesterday than I did a week ago. If that trajectory continues, it won't be long until I can't get gasoline. Trees concentrate solar energy into wood, and wood gasification turns that solar power into fuel I can run my pickup truck on.
I can't run my truck on wood gas in the desert where there's no wood. Sites with suitable resources are in limited supply, not just anywhere. You know these things.
