Demographic collapse + Baby Boomers selling + people moving away from cities
and then, if there are any die-offs, the VAXXX deaths really show up or actual pew-pew civil war, then all of a sudden, there quickly becomes no real estate market.
But, as long as there are mortgages and bank, it will limp on, and then it will all be gone as banks shut down.
Yes, bitcoin has done better, however gold has done well enough.
And, really, how much of either do you need to be a "millionaire" (wealthy person) in a few years?
we desperately need a housing collapse to help with the affordability crisis, but next three years I don’t see it at all. Not the ultimate collapse we know must come eventually. Longer term for sure but not yet.
A millionaire isn’t what it used to be. A million net worth these days isn’t enough to retire on at all. Good old debasement of the currency.
