It really hasn't bad as it seems as @cityhelper has been setting it back to the minimum before the payouts process so taxes have been more like 45% (the basic tax is out of his control). I saw part of what he is doing is trying to force people to donate to his charity City @homeless-city. Probably for a good cause, but forced charity is not the way to go.

Hmm, interesting. Like I said, I haven't logged in quite some time. I just doesn't feel worth it at this point. I was growing pretty slowly anyway.
