It looks like a great new structure. Only thing is how the points are distributed.
Not quite sure whether everyone who guess the 3 logos all get maximum points.
Maybe do it so that logo 1 is easiest and 3 is hardest

That way, people can guess on just one single logo. If someone guess on more than one logo, only first logo to have answered on is valid. That way it also makes it more interesting in terms of copying previous answers (we've all done it)
Yeah, I was thinking about same, first one easy, then medium, and lastly, a really difficult. I was also thinking about that starting from tomorrows question, only first right answers will get points.
I was thinking 3 individual, and only first guess from each person is valid (if guessing on 3rd logo first, that is the valid guess)
