I haven't thought about looking at what has been added to the platform lately, only saw the icons at the bottom on mobile phone now have new look.
The bottom bar has just changed positions and refreshed the icons, as går as I remember 😄

You are right, shorts button has been removed and replaced with explore button, then notification swapped for articles.
