That's good for your health, dude! Heat up and then cool down in cold water. I can sit in a dry nearly 100 degree sauna for 15 to 20 minutes if I'm used to it. If I haven't been in a Sauna for a while it is shorter obviously... I love the heat and to sweat and I even more like the ice cold water to cool down where I try to stay for at least one minute.
