Wow do they actually still accept Bolivars? I mean how can you charge millions of any currency for a product? Seems like there would be no point in using that currency

Well the currency as such is no longer accepted, apart from the fact that you don't even see those bills. The payments are electronic in our currency. If millions are worth the drugs in my country. We have already gone through thousands of times, a new conversion is coming.
But the currency devalues very quickly against the dollar.
