Bittrex Global is suspending all trading activities - users are requested to change all their existing USD into either crypto or EUR by Monday, 4 December. A later change of USD is no longer possible according to the FAQ of the email. Ideally, all values should also have been wirhdrawn by then, even if payouts should still be possible after December 4 (according to the e-mail).
Note on USD holdings – Please note that customers of Bittrex Global are not able to directly withdraw USD holdings. If you have a USD balance, you need to convert this into either EUR or crypto in order to be able to withdraw the associated funds. You must convert any USD balances to EUR or crypto before Monday 4 December.

I myself used Bittrex a lot in 2017 and 2018 - but hardly ever after that, although I still have one or two coins on the platform, and it's not about large sums. Maybe there are some people here who have used the platform like me and now need to trade.
