Nowadays people perceive most success that happened fast as overnight even if that person or project has been underground for days, months and years before things changed.
For example, crypto is one of those projects perceived by people to be filled with overnight financial success. However, what most are not seeing is that it has been under the radar for a long time before it became a successful project that everyone can build something successful on.
It took years for any of the miners who first mined bitcoin to be able to even trade it for less than a penny but they still worked and mined with all the challenges that are ahead and still are in the present world of crypto and taxation.
I bet those who mined BTC back then never could have imagined it’ll become something huge as it currently is.
Hive is one of those successful projects that became successful as a result of the success of bitcoin And one day it’ll become an overnight success like bitcoin.
And that time seeing it as an overnight success would be a joke to those who have been involved with it from the beginning because they know how long it took and how hard things were and probably would still be after the mass adoption of the blockchain.
Looking closely at crypto run it's apparent that a lot of successful projects are being built today that people will perceive as an overnight success but if you look closely it's not.
To me, the concept of overnight success is merely a way to diminish years and years of hard work done by others but whichever way you may see it what do you think about the concept of saying something is an overnight success?
