2/🧵 Happiness comes from within. Happiness is not something you get only from material things; those things can only make you feel good for a while, but true happiness comes from within. Many times people think that happiness comes from having a perfect life. Most people define happiness as whatever that makes you happy. I keep asking myself, what if that particular thing that gives you happiness is taken from you? That means your happiness has been cut. That is why I tell people that happiness can’t be measured by material things. I understand that they make life easy, enjoyable and comfortable. To be sincere, before now I used to think that happiness comes when you are living a comfortable life, not until I met one lady. She has everything that should make life easy and enjoyable, but she is not happier. That was when I realized that happiness comes from within, not from what you have.
