2/🧵One thing I am sure this transparency will help reduce is discrimination. The level of favouritism going on in most organisations is alarming; some people who do nothing at work end up receiving higher salaries, and people who put in their best receive little salary, but if salary is made public, the people affected can easily speak up when they notice an unfair payment structure.
