1/🧵Many holidays are celebrated this time of year: Hannukah in the Jewish tradition, Yule/Solstice in Neo-Pagan and ancient traditions, Christmas in Christian households, Bodhi Day in some Buddhist traditions... Have you ever celebrated with others in a tradition that is NOT your own? If so, tell us about it. If not, would you consider it, and which holiday would you choose as your first such experience?

2/🧵Holiday is always a period people long for because it helps to bond and bring family together. I don’t think there is anyone that longs for holidays the way I do. The fact that I will be at home resting, with no work, hanging out with friends, and having quality time with my loved ones gives me joy. am someone that enjoys learning new things and exploring things. I have heard a lot about the Jewish tradition, and I always tell myself that I would like to see how they celebrate their holiday if I am given the opportunity. I have heard a lot about their tradition; witnessing it will not be bad. Looking at the way things are now, distance is really coming to be a barrier, so I would like to celebrate Sallah since it is done in my country.
