1/🧵History is told only by the victors, and as such, it may not always be accurate because it will only favor those who tell it. Thus, what's that piece of history you believe is totally wrong but everyone just thinks it's right? Will there ever be a way to correct this perception?
2/🧵I have come to observe that people who tell history are those people who are victorious; a failure can never tell a history. It is only someone who wears the crown of victory that will proudly tell their story for people to believe, and when they are telling their stories, they will share them in a way that it will gladly touch their heart. Most times I ask myself, what of people who create history but they are not celebrated? Probably because they lost their life or because their history was not recorded.
