EOS Respect is another name given to the EOS Support squad members so we can say that they are ambassadors of EOS Support. The EOS Support is a non-profit organisation which provides services to community members, this means that they are the ones to provide answers to questions and suggest remedy to issues raised by the community members.
EOS Respect team's duty is to provide an opportunity for the members of the community to pool money, get in touch with the members that will be voted for during elections in order for the voted members to receive funding and thereafter allocate those funds to the best interest of the EOS Support.
EOS Blockchain is very fast and reliable with no transaction fees which makes them different from others and consideringthese factors, A lot of projects are building on the Network on a daily basis so the duty is the EOS Respect team is to fund these projects and make sure the funds are used appropriately.
The EOS network members are free to volunteer and strive for the betterment of the Network by joining the EOS Support squad but they must be invited officially by an EOS Support agent.
I am the newest member of the EOS Respect team and being that I have been a community member for over 3 years now, It feels good working to see that EOS Network grows stronger and serves the world better than ever.
The process was quite easy as I was being invited (you must own a EOS account) and inducted via a video call with the caller and two other witnesses where I agreed to follow the Team's Bylaws. After that process, I set up my profile my profile and then got endorsed by the three of them, then I donated 3 EOS to officially register as a Team member. Congratulations to Me!!
