Gold and Silver Predictions?

I'm not much of a shiny rock person and I love to give @normok shit about his love for them, so I thought I'd make it more fun and create some prediction markets for the end of the month. I know there's a lot of shiny rock stackers on HIVE and I mean honestly anything is better than holding paper at this point if you ask me, but I don't see them having the big jump that people seem to be expecting.

That said I made some pretty conservative price increase speculation markets on the old dublup if anyone wants to guess otherwise. I'm saying Gold won't open above $1900 and Silver won't open above $28.50 on June 1st. This is mostly for fun as far as I'm concerned but if the shiny rock stackers come out of the woodworks to disagree I'll increase my position to keep it interesting. Good luck and much love!

I think it will stay metal. :P

Depends on if there's a physical supply issue with the raw materials, I think.

I think physical is significantly more scarce than all the bullshit paper they trade. IMO if you don't have your shiny rocks in your possession you might as well just be owning fiat.

I agree, to pervert a crypto phase.... Not your rocks, not your fortunes? :P

I might need to jump in on this one. My guts telling me people could care less about Gold and silver and want NFTs and crypto instead. Which really that's all gold and silver are are assets that people "give" value to in which your paper money represents. (well at least it use to now it's backed by fluff as of 1973)

I think most of the people worried about PMs are from older generations that still don't get crypto. I'm not saying all of them, I know a few shiny rock lovers, but I think most people in my generation and younger are looking to crypto for meaningful wealth gain and retention.

I'll take your PAL. Gold I'm not so sure, but Silver's due for a bump.

Good luck.
