We Indians are very lucky in that aspect, 3-4 years back we had the Internet revolution by Reliance Jio and that made internet accessible to many. The 1 GB you get as low as 0.1$ and thus others have to follow. And because of that almost every smartphone users in India have internet connectivity.

I would never have expected that. .01 for 1GB that makes it affordable for almost everyone. I wonder why this type of program isn't available in the states.
