Good question I am curious about @lbi-token also, I have found this page by @scooter77 perhaps they can help.

Ok, I'll try to check more about it for full understanding, thank you

It is a token that started being sold for 1 LEO. It is now 1.1 LEO for each LBI.

The tokens are part of a fund that looks to grow over time, increasing the value of the tokens. Since it started about 2 months ago, the value is up to 1.05 LEO per LBI token. That is an increase of about 25% annually.

Over time, as the fund gets larger, it enables investment in different things, increasing the return.

So can we say it is related to a burnt Leo token to make the value higher?

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

In theory. But there are a lot of tokens that are burnt that keep doing down in value.

Leo is going to appreciate from the activity, there is no real need to burn it.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

burning tokens is not always the solution to make a token price rise...just like you said, there are many tokens that are burnt regularly and the price did not grow....there are other ways that could make a token grow....not burning is the only way...@taskmaster4450le

People need to focus upon growth.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Sure, Leo will keep appreciating. I have learnt more about the LBI, and I will love to be a part of it

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

wow thanks for this great information...

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

You need not buy it from the HE market . Just send LEO directly to @lbi-token to get LBI back .

1.1 LEO = 1 LBI at the moment .

All the LEO is staked and curated + they also post contents which earn LEO . The dividends aren't being paid yet but they will be in future .

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

They also post content which earn leo
Meaning, when I create with LBI, it's possible I get Leo token rewards?

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

No. LBI is the name of a token and not a community/tribe. The primary focus of LBI is in the LEO community so it posts there to generate LEO. This LEO, along with the curated LEO, will then be partially staked and the rest as dividends to the token holders.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Means when you buy and hold LBI you will get LEO dividends ( the community voted for postponing of the leo dividends payment to holders in order to build a strong LEO foundation for the @lbi-token account ) .

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Just like being a shareholder in a company

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

By getting LBI you are effectively buying into a fund whereby the value of the LBI token is backed by activity that earns LEO.

So you have people curating and posting each day which generates LEO for LBI. These tokens are then staked, for more curation returns, or invested elsewhere, such as the upcoming project with CubFinance.

As a token holder, you benefit from that.

@taskmaster4450le so it means that buying the LBI token is a smart thing to do because you can use that to be earning the wonderful LEO token too....

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

It automates the earning process. LBI combines activity with passive investing to grow the value of the tokens.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

which is the best way to grow the LEO token..

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

You got it right . If you plan to earn LEO for a long time then buying and holding LBI will be a smart option.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Wow, it is good to make enquiries, I would have watched these opportunity by pass

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

You can learn a lot about Hive and Leo simply by reading comments and following what is suggested.

There is obviously a lot of wisdom in Leofinance posts but we try to add to it in the comment section.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

It is a dividend token. Let's just say in the future you will be getting LEO back passively for doing nothing. Right now the holders of the token voted to postpone payments to build the fund. When it does pay out in the future, I believe it should be weekly and half of the LEO earned will go to power up the account and the other half to the token holders.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Oh, this sounds really great. It's just like saving ahead at workplace for retirement.
I should be a part of this

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

There are a few more other tokens that also act as a dividend token such as SPI, EDS, DHEDGE, BRO, UTOPIS and more.

However I think LBI is the best choice if you are bullish about LEO. You invest in LEO and get paid back dividends in LEO. If LEO moons, you can bet your LBI and dividends will also moon.

Thank you very mush

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

What is leo backed investments about??

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

It is similar to SPI which is get rich slowly but for LEO. You can find more about SPI at this article.

Basically you invest LEO now and you get a constant flow of LEO in the future. It is meant for long-term investing.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I'm part of it and I assume you, it's a very good way of saving and earning.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yes, I have better understanding of it now, it's really a plan ahead of future thing..
