Summoners indeed won't be part of it which kind of was confirmed in the last town hall. I agree on the price of land going down. Looks like there now also will be a need to stake DEC along with each monster. It sucks that they are pretty much able to determine how much the actual land plots will go for and they already have their money from it so most likely they will aim for it to be as low as possible screwing over all that got in early.
