I've been doing it since the start of 2020 which resulted in a whopping 70 new players from the 250+ that made an account taking me up on the sign-up deal so it's quite effective. I almost exclusively used affiliate earnings to buy more so I can improve what I'm able to lease out. I'm actually surprised I'm the only one doing it as it is a great way to get a return on card investments in an alternative way.
