I support dismissals of coaches who are not capable of managing their team.
Here in Brazil, it is customary for players to "boycott" the orders of coaches they don't like and then get fired.

That isnt the case in the States. Nobody likes when players quit. That haunts them.
I imagine, but here, unfortunately, many players do this on certain teams.
