Here it is almost impossible for a contract to last that long for a coach. It's usually two years and they're barely finished when they're fired.
Here the culture is impatient and the technician is always the weakest link.

This is fashion. Can you believe that a team here hired a Portuguese to be a coach and only had 4 games and was sent away?
Yeah I can believe it. The Cavs fired a coach wit $65 million left on the contract after 1 season.
