Me pareció sumamente interesante. Yo aunque me imaginaba algunas de las razones, algunas de las que explicaste no las conocía y me parecieron muy esclarecedoras. Al inicio, el gobierno era el único que ofrecía bienes y servicios. Luego, sintiéndose incapaz de garantizar un servicio y una cadena de suministro estable, abrió la posibilidad para que otros actores entraran en el juego. Hasta ahí bien, eso es correcto.
¿Pero cómo rayos esperas que un negocio sea sostenible si le pones tantas trabas y no incentivas? En fin, que ahora hay un poquito más en la tienda, pero a qué precio.
