Several factors are in play. Should Blackrock be awared their ETF, this will encourage the FED/SEC to accelerate implementation of greater regulation overall. Possibly limiting, or making it harder, for some to aquire.

The #sec really doesnt have that authority other than to go after the CEX, which they did. Once in the hands of Wall Street, I think Gensler is happen.

As for the #fed, they are not so concerned about Bitcoin.

Powell made it known, he wants his hands in stablecoins.

As for the short term traders, no clue what will happen to the volatility. I would say the long term impact on Bitcoin, negatively, is none. They cant control that one.

Most other crypto, yes since there is a point of vulnerability.

Ok, good points. I will conceed to the information you brought up. Mostly 'thinking out loud' because everytime something seems to NOT have a measurable downside, BAM, it shows up! LOL
