You are a very hard working person and a lot of people do use Covid as an excuse. Lack of morals and ethics. Injustice is not easy to cope with, especially if you know you did your best job. The covid doesn't justify to cut down pay from deserving people. I think that the outcome will reveal you some true faces and will give you important information to hold for the future.
I agree, the meeting, and how they handle my commission payments, is going to be very telling and will have a bearing upon how I move forward in the future. Yes, I work hard when I'm at my job...I do the same in my personal life too. Applying effort comes naturally to me.
