There is no second chance to make a good first impression. Personally, I believe that the aesthetics of the user interface is key to adoption. Just look at the success stories.

With all the different bugs, I would say there are bigger issues at the moment.

Keep it simple is the key, IMO.

It's better to focus efforts on solving and making what we have work, and then incorporate new features.

Getting things operating at an acceptable level is key. Bugs are a pain but part of the developer world.
