A little over 3 weeks ago or 25 days to be precise I wrote a post titled "Having The Ability To Grow" and was referring to HIVE and by using ones stake to compound the rewards. This combined with all the other earning streams available to us growth is inevitable. The foundation that your stake has created is what drives your future growth and this is important to understand the power of that growth.
If you look at your wallet on https://hivestats.io/ you will see there is a full vote value displayed. This is the tool I use to monitor my growth in real time as the vote value is what is important for curation. This recharges at 20% per day and why it is wise to keep the vote value in that window and not to drop under the 80% mark.
25 days ago my vote value was 8.29 HIVE per full (100%) vote value and has since grown by 0.2 HIVE which is actually worth 0.1 HIVE extra due to the 50/50 author curator vote share. Sounds insignificant but the extra 0.1 HIVE vote value represents an extra 1 HIVE earned per day via curation. In my case that represents 42.5 HIVE earned daily via curation and that excludes the 3.08% earned on the current APR which is an additional 14.66 HIVE daily. This gives a grand total of 57 HIVE earned every day just from having stake known as HIVE Power.
This is just the stake side of things on HIVE and not forgetting the post rewards or rewards from commenting on posts. There are other rewards besides HIVE being made behind the scenes via the various L2 tribe tokens and these cannot be underestimated as they can hold value.
Just me LEO being staked generates around 0.7 HIVE daily and is currently worth around 20 000 HIVE. The tokenomics on this particular token is interesting as the price is only going to rise over time as Leostrategy buys the liquid tokens off the market and locks them up for good. This is a wait and see game so who knows where the price may end up in a couple of years time.
Growing when you start out on HIVE is not easy and why you need to take the time to build a foundation which helps you grow quicker. What I have built so far I am proud of as this has been a 7 year 7 month project and will continue to be a project for many more years to come.
When something is not easy to obtain it tends to hold some type of value and why HIVE should be worth far more in the future. Anyone thinking HIVE is easy often finds out that it is not and why it is so hard to be consistent turning up each day and is more about the mind set of the individual. This is more about a way of life and more about enjoying yourself and not worrying about the rewards as those will eventually follow.

what's the best thing to stake? Hive or Leo tokens? I'm a bit confused, because I don't have enough earnings and I'm a beginner in this platform, so I need proper guides. Can you tell me which one to stake?
I would suggest you can have both as they are both tokens you can earn and earn via staking rewards. Hive is probably the easier of the two right now.
So how would I earn leo tokens? By posting via Inleo platform? Because last time I saw the posting thing seems kinda broken.
Yes or if you have any then curate leofinance posts. Leo is harder to earn these days so just staying active on hive is probably better for you now.
And I think that is one reason why Hive is not attractive to many. Growing your money here isn't easy.
No it is far from easy and takes effort and time to become established. This also in a way adds value because it is not easy to earn.
Only those who have a long-term mindset will see such value.
I like consistency, that's one thing I have that is going for me. My only regret is that I started posting for real here one year ago and not in 2021 when my Hive account was created via Splinterlands.
