Let us put it another way if they don't then it is damn stupid. Informing everyone is a golden opportunity and you aren't going to lose those people who came to you in the first place. Why it hasn't been done already makes the mind boggle as that should be so obvious. Who knows you could grow Splinterlands even more by doing this.

Maybe they don't want to overwhelm new users right away, but I do think there should be some gradual notifications or in game rewards for posting on the blockchain or something.
