I would rather have multi skills than just one skill as an allrounder can get you much further in life. being able to make people smile is an added bonus as it puts people at ease. Online that is a lot harder to achieve as why I believe an all round life skill of being able to deal and communicate with people outweighs all the others.

Being an allrounder is a skill in itself. Not many people are able to do it successfully. I still think it is good to have some specialization though that gives an edge in some fields.
