It is actually interesting that the Biden administration decided to choose a person with a background with Blockchain-knowledge - actually nothing bad. And if the US want to be in a front position in the cryptofield it is necessary for them. An interesting point could be the case with XRP - because the new chairman could drop it if he does not see any relevance in it anymore - but according to the former chairman it is unlikely that it will happen.
Generally spoken it needs more people with knowledge and deep understanding in blockchain and cryptocurrencies in other countries in the world too in ministries for Finance and Technology.
