Way too much regulation is being talked about! Regulation should be unnecessary if investors did a better job of doing their own research in a diligent manner. With the extra research by investors, everyone needs to take the time to be able to recognize the signs of fraud prior to investing.
More regulation is not needed - better pre-investment research and education is needed. We can and should self regulate the cryptosphere and Congess and the Regulatory bodies should stay the hell away.
