What unlocks will exist in the month of January?

When there are pre-sales or Venture Capitals investments in projects they are usually bought tokens from these projects at a lower price, but they can usually be locked up for a period to ensure that they are not used to dump as soon as the token is released to the public.

However, there are several types of locks with different priorities, which makes it quite difficult to stay on top of these events all the time.

With this in mind, I thought of creating a monthly “report” where I will identify which tokens will be unlocked with the following metrics:

  • Unlock Date;
  • Amount of tokens;
  • Inflation;
  • Distribution Type;
  • Remaining Locked Tokens;

GLMR (Glimmer)

GMLR is MoonBeam's utility token used for calculating the gas needed to execute smart contracts, incentive for the network's validators, governance token to vote on proposals, be they for funding or the election of board members, among others, and finally to pay the network's transaction fees.
