Yes. It's kinda stupid that the Bittrex price is fed to PeakD, people freak out every time this happens. I use Hive internal markets advanced setting to check out the HBD/HIVE price movements cos that's the value I'm trading it anyway
It is using Bittrex where the volume is extremely low so it basically tells us nothing. There are other exchanges also listed below where the price is normal.
Perfect. I thought I was averaging or something like that. Very good information. We have to always be active to clear up those uncertainties. I wish and Coingecko people would get their act together jajaj.
it is a stable conversion coin and when there is a very large volume it takes a while to stabilize
Except there hasn't been a large volume.
This is the lowest i have seen HBD go in a while. what's happening?
Nothing really. The price is pulled from Coingecko which pulls it from Bittrex. Check this out: https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/hive_dollar
And check the 24h volume and you'll see. 😉
$6 in the last 24 hours? impossible. They are only covering Bittrex trade volume as you said.

That is the price that coingecko shows, I don't know what market it is going by. I think Hive's internal market shows another price.

Yeah, it's pretty stupid. I always check Hive internal market's HBD/HIVE pair on PeakD to see if there are real moves made I could benefit from. 😊
Wait what? $HBD !! I didn't notice. So much down suddenly. Hopefully it will recover soon.
In the internal market, looks like HBD is right around the $1 mark (or 0.29 HBD for 1 hive)
really? I it's been a long time i saw hbd that low. But I checked this afternoon and it was 0.97. What happened?
Check my post on the original thread.
ok bro. Will
Then you'll get it why it's like that :)
I don't understand the internal dynamics but I've never seen this value so low!
low liquidity uwu
That price is from Coingecko and it gets it from Bittrex where the 24h volume has been $6.37.
Yes. Seems to be quotes from a market of lower value for sum reason. Going to read responses to this.
The other day it had also been at that price and after a while it stabilized again at $0.98.
Is the data sync malfunctioning or is something really affecting the price? Let's wait for the word of the experts!
