The Minnesota #wild make it 2 for 2 on their current 7-game road trip as they go into Pacific Division leading Vegas #goldenknights building and score the first five goals, cruising to a 5-2 victory. Marcus Johansson had a goal and three assists for his first four-point game since 2017, which was, coincidentally, against the Wild.
Tonight's win puts the Wild a crazy 15 points ahead of 4th place in the division. Even crazier, the Wild have the 3rd most points in the entire #nhl, but are still third place in their division as Dallas and Colorado just keep winning as well.
Next up, a trip to the Shark Tank where the Wild will try to avenge two overtime losses suffered earlier this season. Those were before the Quinn Hughes addition though, so we'll see what happens. It's a New Year's Eve matinee as the puck drops at 3:00 CST. Go Wild!
