Welp, I'm officially part of the new era of RWAs backed by LEO. Nothing big, but at least I'm in. I actually own like 3 shares of the TSLA stock that I bought for the heck of like 3-4 years ago. I'm considering just selling them and buying TTSLA. I'll have to pay my capital gains but...if I buy TTSLA, then I could conceivably just borrow against it in the future without ever having to sell it i.e. no capital gains. I've got a few days to think about it.
Anybody have thoughts on this?
That is a valid point. And by moving the TSLA to TTSLA, you get exposure to the yield (3% minimum).
As stated, the ability to collateralize the TTSLA in the future is huge.
