At one tenth of one percent it would be enough to buy the entire 30M LEO five times over. At 5.5 cents, that is. You couldn't even do it. There wouldn't be enough out there to be bought until you were well into the dollars. It would be like a short squeeze without the shorts. :-) Some day...
