My 62nd Instacart paycheck 💸 🛒
This past week was god-awful in terms of order availability and earnings. It was not the way I had hoped to end the month of March. Let's dive into the details of the less-than-desirable results of Week 62.
Monday, March 25th
Tuesday, March 26th
Wednesday, March 27th
No work
Thursday, March 28th
As you can see, this week has been dangerously slow. I haven't had any orders until the first one of the week on Thursday. It wasn't big, but I had to take it because it was low mileage.
I made about $40.69/hr on this day.
I'm not sure what has been up this week, but it has been a struggle. I'm hoping for one of those insanely good Fridays tomorrow. We shall see.
Friday, March 29th
Friday didn't go how I had hoped it would. I had a few orders, but not enough to consider it a busy or successful day.
I made about $49.80/hr on this day.
My only hope left for the week is the next two days. Here is to hoping that they both end up being bangers in terms of amount of orders and earnings.
Saturday, March 30th
Sunday was yet another slow day. I was ready to work, but Instacart just wasn't ready for me. I'm beginning to think they did another mass hire as I'm seeing several new people running around the store shopping as if they have no clue what they are doing. It's annoying.
I made about $48.34/hr on this day.
As you can see, I didn't have any stellar orders. I did get to see one of my favorite customers and the day was especially nice outside. It was far from a great day earnings-wise, but I still call it a win because I got to be outside and enjoy the sunshine and breeze for several hours.
Sunday, March 31st
No work
End of week hours and pay 🤑
My weekly pay was close to $140 and I worked only 3 hours.
I made about $47.66/hr on average this past week.
Doing it again next week 👀
I'm moving on from this terrible week and hoping that April and the rest of 2024 will offer some better opportunities as an Instacart shopper.
