Not sure does it even exists.
Some say it works only for some operations?

This feature is great. Why nobody is not using it?
Any issues in implementation
it works, just no tooling to make it simple for average joe.
This can be a great tool to build secure and trustless apps/games on hive.

Also can you change the signing accounts by consensus.
Like to add and remove multisig authority to account based on the consensus.
Not just predetermined accounts who have multisig.
Yes, you can change signing account based on consensus (this concept is used for Wrapped Hive 2.0)
