In the last two months it has varies plus/minus 1MHP.
Around 48K HP is added daily as rewards. So to counter that 48k HP needs to be powered down each day. Net powered down.

It doesn't actually sound like very much, 48K HP a day.
I guess if the trend continues, we'll see a net proportional gain on HP that stays powered up due the declining inflation rate, if all else remains equal, which is never the case of course!
