AI and commotion society

I always TRY to fix my focus on the positive things AI can offer and of course, they are numerous. From easy and better learning experience to exposure to sound investment options.

I mean, it is something worth welcoming. In ALL the areas of human ecosystems, AI has proven itself worth the incorporation. Nevertheless, this tech has a dark side to watch out for. When humans are involved, anything is possible.

It has been one article I have been converting for a while. It all centers on artificial intelligence and where we are going with it.

It was also one of such articles I got to read today; many are fearing the threats this technology can bring. Someone like Sam Altman is beginning to retrace his AI steps concerning how it will shape industries.

He was pointing to the fact that we are moving into an era of ‘dead internet’. Of course, bots are taking over the Internet. You can't just argue that the virtual space was its prepared domain.

Its percentage in presence is getting higher and it is expected to outpace human activities soon. You can't underestimate their efficiency; this is something that I have to add personally, I am not against bots or AI agents taking over. At least if humans can turn attention from being siloed to being more humanly it would have been a big thumbs up to me.

The world remains a ground full of commotions. It was one of those questions my brother was asking; why are they still investing money on weaponry? Ok, it is one of those ‘we go again’ questions.

Those in power are trying to retain it while those who are eyeing this position are preparing to overtake. Both parties are always coming together with a smile (fakes smiles we know), very dicey isn't it. So how will artificial intelligence be playing a part here?

The first take should be this; artificial intelligence is not bad, humans decide the fate of every technology. Dynamites can be used to blast down rocks but humans prefer to play with it in the human residents areas. It was the same in the era of swords and arrows.

Wasn't a gun an easy way for hunting? It is NOW for the battlefield. We can keep counting, maybe I should add a few

l What can be said about online activities? government at early inception blacklisted cryptocurrency with clear words it was used to sponsor illegal activities. Who used it if in case ase it were? Humans of course.

It has been the same even in the traditional banking system. account hacks and many other fraudulent activities have kept the cyber security department busy and I guess it will be forever.

Here we are, mingling with a powerful tech. Even Elon Musk fears what this tech has to offer if in bad hands. It has been one of those questions I have had to ask concerning how secure the online space can be. Maybe AI will push us to go back to manual living for the sake of security.

I mean, if this tech is given this free roll it will be completely misused. Think of how hacking can be with mini-nano seconds try and error mode this tech can pose.

Going back to weaponry, if you thought technology has reached its peak just wait until the full potential of AI is unraveled. I could remember a movie I onced watched tagged ‘ghost in the machine’, this is what illicit humans will soon be framing into the weapons industry.

Let's just keep our heads up in prayer that we don't wake up in a single day to hear world war is upon us.

To conclude, let me add, I am not trying to spread fear through this article. Nevertheless, we have to understand the fact that we are drawing nearer to more global uncertainties. AI is worth everyone's attention. It is more of ‘preparing for the worse while praying for the best’.
