I grew up a local boy and it is worth reflecting a little. Ok, many of you lived in ready-made standards, especially the Westerners in this ecosystem. At least for me, I saw when the town/city was more of a village setting. No attractive buildings, poor electricity, roads, infrastructures, technology and the rest. When we depended on PHED back then they were called NEPA (National Electrical Power Authority) to just give that light so you could watch your favorite TV program on our big headed television.
Let me not go too much, as I am writing, it is taking me back into the growing up days. Permit me to just add this one so I can connect it to where I am going. Ok, my Mom, a mother indeed used to apportion our meals. Don't think we ate on a round table; who cares about the dinner table, you just walk straight into the Kitchen and pick yours. And yes, as the last male I will most times wait for the seniors to do the selection or maybe that good day and Mom said, Dani pick this one and leave. Ahh!! I am still reflecting again, so what was I figuring out? Oh! Apportioning and we'll it can mean different things depending.
To financial investors we are looking at diversification here. terms have meaning and impact depending on the field used. Lost in a financial field talks about assets but in the medical field this means someone couldn't make it (dead). How do people wait in the waiting room patiently to get this feedback from doctors; about your asset, you can see your portfolio yourself or contact your asset manager. I got fortunate today, I was just strategizing on how to meet up with high service demand and the idea to sort for a quick contract worker just popped up. Sometimes, it may seem a loss that you have to pay someone for a partial work done. You may TRY to balance the price.

For today, there is actually not much time for such balancing, someone needs to be apportioned and it has to happen quick. Sometimes you just have to let go of some gains to save yourself both time and stress. I got one who wasn't that sure on working until I had to motivate him with something huge; case closed. So how do we view apportioning through the lens of this article?
A sharing of responsibility and sealing it with a price tag; a managerial view I guess. As an entrepreneur, you must get acquainted with smart businessing; responsibility apportioning. Time doesn't wait and as we speak we are in those peak seasons of many urgent services. You will have to leverage every tick in the wall clock. Adding to this, the understanding of accepting some minute losses should not be undermined. What motivates workers in such times is instant pay that makes sense.
To conclude, let me add, have I been able to achieve what I needed? very well and as we speak, it has even given me some extra time to draft out this article. Aside from just this article, I am looking at a state of relaxed mind. This doesn't mean there is nothing else to do, work is still much but what was just concluded was very demanding that I was even planning on postponing a meeting this afternoon just to make sure I meet up.Most times ALL you need is strategy; a type that mixes efficiency with speed. Think smart, act smart, save time.
