Fusing and overcrowding

What causes an overflow? In simple terms, when what is being filled no longer has enough space to contain what is coming. Can we say such when it comes with the human population and its inhabited Earth? Is the assumed 8 billion so enormous? So it used.to seem to me at some time until I took a trip to another state where we had to drive through hectares of unfarmed, unploughed and unoccupied land.

It is men that add value, aside from this ALL is just a waste. I could remember a mentor telling me that we are in the business of men. You can't doubt this, first, I have to look at his years of experience and secondly, it was worth a test run and it came out very true. It is men that peg value to gold and anytime they find it obsolete, so it becomes.

Talking of such a test run, it will be something we will be delving much deeper through this article. There is a lot of human fusion and overcrowding. When tracking it down it boils down to value. Someone close to me went for a ceremony somewhere in the remotest part of our state and his feedback was worth the ears.

He was very much elderly than I was so when he said that place was indeed a village you should know what he meant. His explanations were to the point: no road, no electricity, cheaper goods and so on. In short, he said by 6:PM it was night over there and everyone would be in his house.

6:PM over here is just when some are starting their business. The street light is on till day-break so there is transaction 24/7 only if you are up to such a task. I am not saying we are living in the TOP cities of the world but we can at least talk about some level of standards; roads, electricity, population density and many such likes. Why is the population? Value.

I just spoke with one of my friends who said I am favored to come from a city. His idea was how I have access to many things that others are paying for. I had to ask him why he feels disadvantaged, I mean, he is from a part of this country and I am sure they own houses and lands over there. I was right but there was a mix up in-between; absence of value.

He did chuckle a little when I told him about making use of the lands in his hometown when he returns and even venturing into real estate. Ok, it wasn't a town but an interior village no one actually knows when the government will reach there in terms of development. No road, electricity, Internet connection, access to grocery stores, gadgets, you can also consider the security of such a place, people over there drink from local wells.

Yes, there is nothing much he can do with such arid hectares of land because men haven't added value to such a location. I came to realize why the town became so overcrowded. It is not a matter of absence of a huge portion of land for humans to space out and live, it is a matter of value. How much is a plot of land worth over here? In short, more developed cities like Lagos give a triple price yet somewhere else lies a much bigger portion with no one interested to buy.

I had to do a small research and guess what I found? Humans inhabit only 10% of the Earth's land area. note, not the entire Earth but its land area. Of course we know water bodies are even much larger than the Earth's land area. It means overcrowding and human fusion is more of a human choice.

To conclude, let me add, maybe this is just a tip of an iceberg when it comes to human development and advancement. We should start considering how future cities will look like. From my views I feel it will be built upon areas yet to be occupied as it becomes much easier to erect upcoming structures. Value will continue to expand and where seemed underdeveloped will see the light.
